St. Margaret’s is an anglican church in the heart of Rainham.

We believe that God has given us the task of being his people here in the community of Rainham. For us, Church extends beyond the walls of our building, and reaches out into the community. We seek to work with the old, the young, the homeless and the hopeless!

  1. It is so good to know that St Margaret’s is not only alive and kicking, but is a thriving and forward looking church. We worshipped at the church for 6 years from 1961 before we moved to Northumberland. Our two sons were baptised there and it was during that time under the ministry of Jim Clifford that my husband studied to be a lay reader and he continues ministry on the pastoral team where we now live in Essex and are both still active in our local church.
