A busy Harvest week end started with our Messy Church on Saturday with twenty-six children and nineteen mums, dads and grandparents.
We planted ivy, made scarecrows and flowers , did leaf prints and listened to the story of the sower before our bring and share lunch.
On Saturday evening we joined with our friends from St. Thomas’ Church for our Harvest supper with a talk on Modern Day Slavery by Caroline Clarke.
On Sunday morning at our all age service we brought our harvest gifts for the Medway food back. Revd. Nathan with the help of Revd. Jonathan, Revd. James and several of the children showed how the word Harvest included starve, rest, have and heart.
